Return & Refund Policy

At San Valier, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our global clientele. As a US-based entity, our policies are designed to be transparent, professional, and in accordance with international trade standards. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
  • With all original tags and protective seals intact.
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and dust bags.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Products that show signs of use, scent, or violations of the specifications above will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact our support team at support@sanvalier.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos/Videos of the item (if defective)

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria (original condition/packaging) apply.

4. Damages & Manufacturing Defects

Please inspect your order upon reception. San Valier provides a 30-day warranty for manufacturing flaws. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right via replacement or refund.

Exclusions: We do not cover damages caused by improper use, accidental damage, natural wear and tear, or improper washing/handling.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal care goods (beauty products, intimates).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Sale items or Gift Cards (All sales on discounted items are final).

6. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Unless the product is confirmed as defective by our quality control team, San Valier is not responsible for shipping costs related to returns or exchanges. These expenses are the client's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the transaction.
